these songs were included on our first ep release. DJ E Sharp and myself had an obvious chemistry. I had a handful of samples and raps, but my sampler (mirage) couldn't complete the songs I wanted to make. Sharp's set up was more advanced than mine. (Akai X 7000 midi to HR16 B) ELEVATORS started in 1992. the group was originally E SHARP, SCRADY RAY and myself. the project was overseen and engineered by B MAX of Brothers Of The Same Mind and SUPREME. me and Sharp used to discuss music constantly. we realized we shared a vision and gave it a shot. the response was incredible. however, E SHARP decided he wanted to quit making music. a lot has happened since 1993. it feels nice to think back sometimes.
